Perfection can only be achieved with quality To achieve this, we produce gelato every day in our laboratory, following the old Italian tradition. Our customers should be able to enjoy freshly produced gelato every day, which is made without any preservatives. We value quality! That is why we only use the best for the production of our gelati: Regularly delivered, fresh hormone-free whole milk from the Emmental as well as Swiss sugar. When the season allows, we always prefer fresh fruit from local farmers that we personally select. We do not use artificial stabilizers and almost all of our gelati are gluten-free. We therefore also have products for vegans, milk allergy sufferers, legume allergy sufferers, etc. Vegan flavors available.
