Freshly made pasta on-the-go. The only place to get classic and gluten-free pasta: cooked to eat on site or takeaway. Or to take it home together with our delicious sauce and cook it there: surprise your family or your guests. Our gluten-free pastas (gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli, etc.) are made daily in our lab, the nutritional value is enhanced by the protein rich flours we use (lentils, chickpeas, black beans, etc.) and when boiled remained "al dente " like regular pasta.
