On weekdays, “Gaumenfreund” restaurant is open from 6:30 to 23:30 and from 7:00 to 23:30 at weekends. It is situated right on the River Aare, and delights guests with its modern architecture and views of St Ursen Cathedral. In the mornings there’s breakfast, brunch on Sundays and an à la carte menu at lunchtime and in the evening. You can also enjoy the international dishes prepared here on our terrace, where you will have wonderful views of “Palais Besenval” and the “Landhaus”.
