Our trendy Bietschhorn lounge on the garden terrace fills you with the wonderful feeling of a mountain summer. With great passion for his work, Laurent opens his recipe book and allows you to discover the diversity of his cuisine fraîcheur. A contribution from the Lötschental, a little French tradition, and flavours from all over the world are the ingredients for his exceptional creations, which have been awarded 15 Gault Millau and a BIP Gourmand Michelin We seek out and taste our wines in the vineyards of Valais with passion and feeling!
