About
The Rhaetian Railway is a high-performance company in the leisure, commuter and freight transport sector. With its unique mountain routes, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Glacier Express and the Bernina Express, it has guaranteed fascinating railway experiences right across the Grisons in Switzerland since 1889. What began in 1889 with the opening of the line from Landquart to Klosters is today a 384-kilometre-long network of lines in the heart of the Swiss high mountains.
