«Cosiness and hospitality in a typical Grisons atmosphere» It is an unforgettable experience to enjoy a glass of wine in the cosy pine panelled «Ochsen» wine bar. Built in 1926, the bar, which in winter is warmed by the vine root fired traditional blue tiled stove, just invites you to stay. In summer enjoy the views from the sunny balcony of the nearby mountains over Malans' rooftop scenery. Whilst our menu is not extensive, we attach great importance to spoiling our guests with the region's best products. So you will find a wholesome Bündner soup or a cold platter with air-dried meat specialities and cheeses to compliment our large selection of wines. Our Vinotheque, where top wines and sought-after rarities are laid out to choose from, is a paradise for wine connoisseurs.
