The collex café welcomes you in a simple and relaxed atmosphere. You can have breakfast every day from 7am (Sat / Sun - 9am) with a selection of pastries and sandwiches. From the cocktail hour, in addition to traditional drinks, you can enjoy by the glass a selection of wines from all producers in the region. Monday to Friday at noon, in addition to a selection of original suggestions, a dish of the day with a salad or a soup in entry is proposed to you at 18.- From Tuesday to Friday evening, you can choose a fondue (cheese or meat), a cut beef tartare minute or our specialty : - the gratin of perch fillets and crayfish
