When they come in our NOODL restaurant, customers can compose their dish to best meet their taste: -1- First they choose the core: noodle soup in a large bowl, boiled noodles on a plate, pan fried noodles or perfumed rice. -2- They add their favorite fresh ingredient : beef, shrimp, porc, calamar or tofu. -3- Finally they spice it with some red, green or yellow curry, lemon grass and coconut milk or fine herbs. Hundreds of combinations are possible! Our authentic Thai chef assembles the dish in a very short time and is always very generous on quantities. Customers are quickly satisfied and can also order smaller portions or take them away if they have very little time.
