Maison Magee is a stylish 3 bedroom Alpine Chalet situated in the French Alps close to Lake Geneva. Relax in spacious accommodation for up to 6 people to explore the Alps. Easy transportation links to our location in the centre of the village of Thollon Les Memises. The Village of Thollon Les Memises has both summer and winter activities. Ideally situated as a triathlon base, and only 1km from the village ski resort. Winter activities include alpine and Nordic skiing, mapped snow shoeing and winter walking routes. The village ski resort is 1km from the house and has 50km of family friendly ski terrain. The Portes du Soleil Ski Area ( is 30 minutes drive. A ski school is available in the village and ski rental from a number of retailers. The village website link for all tourist information is available at In the summer sports include mountain walking, para gliding, mountain biking, road cycling and tennis. (Tennis courts are adjacent to the chalet and keys are available from the Office de Tourisme- The chalet presents an ideal base for Triathlon Training due to the excellent alpine cycling and running routes available on the door step. Additionally, Lake Geneva (Leman) is an ideal location for free open water swimming or alternatively Evian Les Bains has its own outdoor 50 metre swimming pool Located near the north of the Haute-Savoie the chalet is an all year resort with easy access to shopping in Evain Les Bains or Montreux just across the Swiss border. The village shops sell local produce and the village market is held directly across the road from the chalet in the summer months. The village has a full programme of activities all year round (see the Mairie noticeboard for details). Maison Magee is a family friendly 3 bedroom Alpine Chalet situated in the French Alps close to Lake Geneva. The Chalet can accommodate up to 6 people making a spacious holiday home. Located in the centre of the village of Thollon Les Memises, the Chalet has easy transportation links and by road, rail and air and will provide and base for you and your family to explore the Alps. We do not accept pets in the property due to allergies Due to the nature of the construction the Chalet is non-smoking We have Freesat TV and DVD The self catered chalet has a fully fitted open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shower in the main bathroom), a dining area and open plan lounge. The balcony is south facing and is furnished to allow you to enjoy the breath taking views of the Alps. The basement is spacious and can accommodate bikes or skis depending on the season.
