Le Resto and L’Hôtel by Hostellerie du Château are located in the heart of the charming village of Rolle, in an 18th century building. The latter is only 5 minutes from the train station and the highway, along Geneva Lake. The fireplace warms winter evenings, while the beautiful terrace offers a spectacular view of the lake. The institution holds the “Home-made” label as well as the “Vaud Œnotourisme” certification. These certifications ensure the guests the best feelings: fresh, local and seasonal. Some of their specialties: pike dumplings from the nearby lake, perch fillets and the famous “Comète”, which is beef tenderloin cooked live at your table in a special butter. In winter, delicious pieces of meat are cooked in the fireplace, and in summer, you will be able to enjoy them on the beautiful terrace near the lake. Ninety percent of the wines used to complement the dishes come from the “Vaudois” vineyards.
