Mairübe is a small restaurant in the vibrant Neustadt quarter that serves fresh vegan soul food. We are passionate about using local and seasonal ingredients and practice root to leaf in our dishes whenever possible. Our drinks menu is also 100% vegan and includes home-made drinks as well as local Swiss beers and lemonades. Mairübe operates a lunch-time service only (11.30-16.00 o'clock) but in the evening, Meyer Kulturbeiz serve a larger Swiss drinks menu and vegan snacks made by Mairübe.
