Meme Confiture hands over! (and share her recipes...) Claire, the new owner, will have the pleasure of welcoming you from Saturday, December 14th for this new winter season. The good news? is that the recipe for French Crepes does not change! Anxious to pass on their know-how, the former owners and Claire, decided to perpetuate this legacy that has been passed down since the creation of the restaurant in the 1950s. The menu had to evolve, it is undeniable, and for this Claire and Chef Sebastien are full of ideas to meet all your desires, whether sweet or salty!
