Set on the top of the Portes du Soleil ski slopes, this traditional chalet-style hotel is beyond compare, only accessible using the gondolas of Super-Chatel (watch out, the gondolas are closing at 5pm). After that, you will be the only one enjoying our wonderful view from our panoramic terrasse or from your room. You can ski down the mountain to Châtel during the day. L'Escale is the perfect getaway for ski and or mountain lovers. Ski lessons are available as well as a ski passes sales point. Guests have direct access to Les Portes du Soleil Ski Resort and can be the first ones on the slopes. Some of the rooms at L'Escale feature a private balcony with panoramic mountain views. Each one is decorated in contemporary style and also has an en suite bathroom with free toiletries.
