Anticas Licanzias is a characteristic restaurant, a place where you can taste the best typical Sardinian products and traditional Sardinian dishes. Starting from the Breakfasts with the delightful Cafeteria, Anticas then offers the Aperitif with our selection of Sardinian Wines accompanied by a Selected Cheese. The Kitchen Menu (open for lunch and dinner) in particular offers fresh pasta made in our laboratory: MALLOREDDOS (Gnocchi), Ricotta or Cheese RAVIOLI and Potato CULURGIONES which we offer with simple recipes and condiments made with zero kilometer products . You can also taste the FRATTAU BREAD, an ancient recipe that uses the typical Carasau bread (also produced by us according to tradition in the wood oven) and characteristic soups such as FILINDEU or Fregola. In the second course we always offer the characteristic SARDINIAN MAIALETTO, Roasted Cheese, Fresh Grilled or Steamed Seasonal VEGETABLES and finally our SEADAS as a Dessert.
