Normal water consumption, lighting and electricity for cooking are included in the fixed price. Access to the internet is free. The tenant undertakes to keep the flat clean. Cookware and crockery must be left clean for the next tenant. Furniture and other fittings must be treated with care. Technical installations may not be tampered with. Damage must be reported to the caretaker. Appropriate compensation must be made to the owner. Articles missing from the inventory will be charged to the tenant in full. Radiators may not be set to zero if there is any risk of frost. The owner accepts no liability for the effects and articles brought by the tenant.
