Located in the picturesque resort of Haute-Nendaz, in the heart of the 4 Valleys, Trattoria Dei Savi is a charming restaurant well known for its warm hospitality and simple approach to Sardinian food. ​ With a vision to recreate happy memories from time spent in our native Sardinia, the restaurant has been designed to evoke a sense of rustic comfort, with warm and earthy details. The atmosphere is relaxed and guests are encouraged to linger over a seasonal menu that captures the senses and fragrances of Sardinia. The menu features an artful blend of homemade food, with ingredients sourced directly from artisan producers. We specialise in fresh pasta, handmade 24 hours in advance, as well as traditional Sardinian meat and seafood dishes, and a selection of delicious pizzas.
