At noon, we pamper you with varied seasonal offerings and à-la-carte dishes from the bistro menu, which can be ordered throughout the entire afternoon and evening. Coffee, homemade cakes and tasty treats from our pastry chef will sweeten your day at Hotel Eden Spiez. In the evening, the Bistro-Bar transforms into a popular meeting point. Treat yourself to a beer at the bar at the end of the day, enjoy hand-cut beef tartare with Bernese Fries at one of the bistro tables, or sip appreciatively on a drink of your choice.
