!! Please contact us first before coming down to the brewery, as we are often out doing deliveries. If we are there, we are able to sell takeaway beer, but don't have an on-site bar. Haarige Kuh Brauerei (The Hairy Cow Brewing Co.) is an independently owned and operated craft brewery since 2015 located in Interlaken, Switzerland. We produce a wide range of beers from IPA's to Sours, focusing on making the best beer for our customers (and us) and most importantly, quality and drinkability. All our beers are unfiltered, unpasturised and unfined, thus maximising the flavours, aromas and texture.
