Hayduki - the meat dish Pork steaks filled with beef, mixed salads, French fries, herb butter and the herby-spicy hayduki sauce. The original dish, originally launched by Toni von Allmen, is back. It has been served in the Waldhotel Unspunnen on the Rugen since 2012.
