Not a typical brasserie... Casual fine dining. Inventive cuisine, international flavours & erlebnisgastronomie in the heart of Zermatt. 1 Michelin Star, 1 Michelin Green Star & 15 Gault Millau points. The Brasserie Uno creative kitchen is helmed by head chef Luis Romo & chef Tommaso Guardascione. We offer a six-course small-plate surprise tasting menu: 170chf per person. Optional wine pairing: 16chf per glass. Apologies but we do not serve à la carte or offer a children's menu. We are a minimum food waste restaurant using regional and seasonal products when possible. Our surprise menu changes with the rhythm of the seasons, so it is not possible to provide a menu in advance. Bookings essential. For vegetarian, vegan, allergies & dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. We are unable to accommodate food requests on the night.
