You’ll find this amazing place in Tache square in the center of Gressoney la Trinité, where you can choose between three different atmospheres: our Terrace set in the cosy small square; Castore area, a typical alpine and youth lounge where the Bar is located; and Polluce, a cozy and reserved restaurant where our wines rest. A young and sophisticated place, open from 7:30 am to 2 am, where you can enjoy a good espresso accompanied by homemade desserts, taste modern food based on local products and more, or enjoy a cocktail prepared artfully or a wine from our selection of 250 labels
