The Residence "Hôtel Monte Rosa" renewed the historical "Hotel Monte Rosa" (1926) in a wonderful position close to the Evançon river in Periasc, a village close to Champoluc, within walking distance from a grocery store, a butcher, and a news agent. The apartments range from studios to three-room flats: they all have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, a TV, a hairdryer and a safe. Private outdoor parking, garage (reservation required), private garden, heated ski deposit, and entrance hall with fireplace are available for our guests. The residence is endowed with an elevator and accessible route for disabled people. Laundry and ironing services are available upon request. Small animals are welcome. The bus stops both for the Monterosa Ski Area and for Champoluc, Antagnod and Verrès are located a few meters away from the residence (stop name: Hotel Monte Rosa). In front of the residence, our guests can enjoy a variety of cross country skiing slopes and, during the summer, an equipped practice golf area. Moreover, they can benefit from a discounted price at the recently opened wellness center at Champoluc, equipped with thermal pools, jacuzzi, spa and gym. The residence Hôtel Monte Rosa is easily reachable from the motorway, and it is 25 km away from the Verrès highway exit.
