Since October 2012, our kitchen in "Albert" combines surprising creations from regional products and sustainable fisheries every evening into a convincing 4 course half board menu or à la carte. The restaurant was rebuilt in 2012 and equipped with 58,000 handmade larch shingles, also individually by hand. It is named after Albert Koch, the founder of today's Seminar and Wellness Hotel Stoos.
