A palate infused with Japanese aromas The interior design is pure Japanese and the restaurant’s clear lines transmit urbanity and a sense of wellbeing. Passionate chefs and sushi masters can be found at work in the KAORI, which incidentally means aroma in Japanese. This heightens the anticipation of the maki, futomaki, hosomaki, uramaki, nigiri and sashimi, which is how the colorful Japanese “bites of pleasure” are called. No matter whether it’s beer, wine or sake, the selection of drinks does not disappoint and the task of serving them falls to the knowledgeable and dedicated sommelier at the SEEDAMM PLAZA.
