My concept: I offer in my small Takeaway traditional authentic Thai dishes that I have redesigned and connected with today's modern knowledge of healthy and light food. In detail: 1. I mainly use fresh vegetables 2. I make the curry pastes and sauces themselves 3. I do entirely without artificial flavors and camouflaged Glutamate as yeast extract, flavoring, seasoning, etc. '' no MSG ''! 4. All menus are also available vegan 5. All menus are gluten free 6. I only use Swiss meat 7. I only use Organic Eggs and Organic Tofu 8. My menus contain plenty healthy fresh herbs (partly from our own cultivation) such as ginger, galangal, turmeric, Fingerroot, kaffir lime, lemon grass, garlic, chillies etc.
