A hybrid between an APARTment and a hotel ROOM, these are contemporary, comfortable, compact, self-catering, smart living spaces, designed for short or long stays. Perfect for business, corporate, airbnb or holiday stays. Our Aberdeenshire location has 10 Apartrooms. We have 1 and 2 bedroom Apartooms that sleep between 2 and 4 persons. Each one is fully equipped. Our prices are inclusive of all utility bills, (water, elec, gas), council tax, TV license, Wi-Fi and housekeeping. We also offer a free self service laundry, free parking and two EV charging points. All our prices include VAT @ 20%. Primarily aimed at the business/corporate traveller, but also perfect for airbnb, holiday or temporary relocation stays. Stay for 1 night or 6 months. We offer substantial discounts for longer stays. Smart Living? Each Apartroom has keyless access via a Remotelock smart lock. The heating uses smart sensors to switch off when you are not there. The lights, TV and kettle can all be controlled by your voice, Say ‘Alexa turn on the bedroom lights’ or ‘Alexa boil the kettle’ Or ask Alexa any question. Not keen on Alexa? simply unplug! ​
