If you are here looking for a yoga class or a private session in Northumberland then you are in the right place. My classes are supportive and friendly and you will feel welcome whether you are a beginner or a more experienced yogi. From March to October I teach public classes on Alnmouth beach on Saturday mornings. If you are looking for something more personalised you can book me privately as an individual or group on any beach from Druridge Bay to Bamburgh. Out of season beach yoga is on request. With over 20 years of yoga experience and as a qualified teacher I can help you to switch off and completely tune in to your self and your surroundings, feeling the positive vibes of practicing yoga by the sea.
