Garden Cottage is set in wooded countryside at Fellside, in the Borrowdale valley, near Keswick. Derwent Water lies to the south of Keswick in the northern Lake District, and Fellside is situated at the western side of the lake at the foot of Catbells. The Borrowdale valley runs beside the lake and down to the Honister Pass which leads over to Buttermere. It is a beautiful, scenic part of the Lake District. There is much to do in the area including walking, cycling and water sports in addition to many interesting places to visit, and with direct access to the fells and a short distance to the lake shore . The market town of Keswick is approximately 15 minutes drive away and has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants, and entertainment including a leisure pool, cinema and theatre. Each cottage sleeps 4 in a double and twin room. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, the cottage provides an ideal base for your stay. Dogs are welcome to stay.
