A warm welcome to The Health Barn, offering Healthcare Professionals and Complementary Therapies. The Health Barn is situated in Askham, in the eastern edge of the Lake District National Park, about 5 miles south of Penrith, Cumbria. We strive to provide somewhere for you to switch off from the stresses of modern day life in a peaceful, tranquil and supportive environment. Whether it's to find support for a health issue or have some quality time out for a pamper, we aim to help you feel empowered regarding your own health and wellbeing. There is private parking immediately outside The Health Barn and it is wheelchair friendly with treatment rooms on the ground floor. Access to The Loft is also possible by wheelchair.
