The hotel is family-run, with Steven and Samantha at the helm, along with their two young children and their relatively large dog Boris (he is often mistaken for a small pony or a bear). This former Coaching Inn is steeped in history and tradition. Built around 1809, the hotel is one of the oldest Inns in the Borders. As an Inn, it offered weary travellers a warm welcome, which is something we are very proud to continue. Samantha, Steven, and the team would like to offer you a warm welcome.
