Beautiful and charming guesthouse situated in the pedestrian precinct in Arbroath. Built in1734 with many original features including stained glass windows, ornate cornicing andwrought iron balustrade staircase. Seven rooms with luxurious beds, crisp white linen, flatscreen TVs, dressing tables and complimentary tea and coffee. Our shower rooms are modern and spacious with complimentary toiletries. Our full Scottish breakfast is highlyrecommended and will set you up for your day ahead. Continental breakfasts are alsoavailable. Early breakfasts and packed lunches are available on request. There is an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and theatres all on the doorstep. Theharbour, beach and cliffs are a short stroll away and the bus and train stations are a fiveminute walk. There are fine views of Arbroath Abbey from many of the bedrooms. We pride ourselves on giving our guests the best possible service at all times and will bemore than happy to help with your travel arrangements and sightseeing plans.
