The Kirkton Inn was built in 1879 following on from the initial founders and settlers coming to the village in 1875. The Inn is situated in the heart of Burns country in the picturesque village of Dalrymple, only two miles south of Alloway in Ayr, Ayrshire. Since its conception The Kirkton Inn gained a reputation as a well-respected restaurant and over time was the focal point of local residents and visitors alike. In 2018 The Kirkton Inn has benefited from a substantial investment in order to restore the interior and exterior to its' former glory and that is thanks to the new owners Heather & John Keenan, business owners and entrepreneurs based locally in Ayr. The extensive renovation has benefited from a wealth of experience as its owners have over three decades of experience in Manufacturing from their successful Ayr business - It's a marriage made in heaven.
