About
We are a small cookery school located in the South Derry countryside near the village of Bellaghy. We provide “at home” cookery, baking and foraging experiences based around traditional Irish recipes and using local produce. We offer a warm welcome to our relaxing, fun, tasty experience. Some examples of our most popular cooking and baking classes are the Bake your own luxury afternoon tea, Traybake masterclass, Basic cake decorating, Adult and Child baking class and Supper by the fire. Our seasonal foraging classes include Strolling for wild garlic, Summer elderflower Dander and Digging for Gin. More details of all these classes and experiences are available on the website.
