Located in the picturesque village of Shutford in North Oxfordshire surrounded by open countryside, it is just a short walk to the village pub “The George & Dragon” known for its friendly atmosphere, open log fires, good local ales & home cooked food. For those enjoying a short break or an extended holiday in the Cotswolds - the sleepy villages of honey-coloured stone & lively market towns of Banbury, Chipping Norton, Moreton-in-Marsh, Shipston-on-Stour or Stow-on- the-Wold are all within easy reach as are the busier destinations of Bicester Village, Oxford & Stratford-Upon-Avon. Alternatively visit stunning Palaces, Castles & Country Houses; walk & ride along rural historic trails, footpaths & bridleways to explore ancient woodlands & wild flower meadows or simply enjoy a game of golf or tennis, or take to the skies in a glider for an altogether different view.
