Though the brick‑and‑mortar venue is no longer open, the talented team behind Sheeps and Leeks continues to share its culinary spirit through pop‑up events, collaborations, and ready‑to‑eat seasonal products crafted from the same ethos of quality and sustainability. In addition, the founders offer consultancy services to help other restaurants elevate their kitchen design, menu creation, and operations, ensuring the Sheeps and Leeks legacy lives on across North Wales and beyond.
