Lake View Cottage comfortably accommodates up to six in three bedrooms, and is ideally located on the outskirts of West Down in North Devon just a few miles from the award-winning Woolacombe beach. This tastefully decorated cottage is the perfect home-away-from-home for families with two onsite fishing lakes available, just bring your own rods, and a children's play area. The cottage's position also means it is only a short drive from some of the areas most loved beaches and tourist attractions. On the ground floor of the cottage is a spacious open plan living space, which has been divided into a nice cosy lounge with a wood-burner stove, a TV and a iPod docking station, there are also patio doors leading out to the terrace in the communal courtyard; a well-equipped kitchen and a good sized dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. a Master with double bed and en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms with full size single beds. The family bathroom is also positioned on the first floor and is fitted with a bath, a separate shower cubicle, a toilet and a wash basin. Please note there are five further cottages at Lower Aylescott, which are varying in size.
