The Flame Factory brings wood fired pizza, flame grilled burgers and rare bred Clovelly Longhorn steaks to the historic Appledore quay side Hello from the Flame Factory, we're not trying to be big; we're only in Appledore - family owned and run by Jayne, Angie, Matt & Brian. we're not trying to be clever; we just want to make great pizzas, burgers, steaks for folks to enjoy in our beautiful Georgian building that stands tall on the Appledore quay front overlooking the calming waters of the estuary. We are proud of the variety offered in our menu; we've developed vegetarian and vegan lines that are packed full of flavour and as we thought about how to provide gluten free at the planning stages of our kitchens we offer gluten free pizza bases & burger buns prepared in our gluten free zone.
