The Granary is one of 5 beautiful and comfortable self catering cottages clustered around the courtyard of an historic North Devon farm. Set down a long driveway with no noise or passing traffic, Northcote Manor Farm (which was mentioned in the Domesday Book) is the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing break. The Granary is a two storey cottage, sleeping 4 people in 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin beds. The cottage has a large family bathroom. Downstairs is a cosy open plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Immediately outside the front door is a garden table which overlooks the courtyard. Northcote Manor Farm offers a heated, covered swimming pool set in a beautiful walled garden as well as a games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and lots of toys and games. There is a playground and a large trampoline as well as a football field for children. The property is set in the middle of 34 acres of woods and fields including a stream and offering wonderful walking right from the cottage door. Dogs are welcome in the cottage and love the setting! This is a great cottage for both couples and families. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available for our youngest guests.
