About
One of the oldest buildings in (12-13 Century)the area was part of a Monks grange where the monks grew the food for the monasteries. The building was used by the monks to store the bodies of sailors before burial after they had drowned when their ships had wrecked on the nearby coast It has been nationally acclaimed by most broadsheet newspapers and others winning numerous awards for its beer and food and continues to go from strength to strength. A visiting point for tourists from all parts of the world and it is a figurehead for The Visit Wales campaign.
