Welcome to the Northbrook Arms - a freehold independently owned village pub. Acquired in February 2019 from the Northbrook Estate, the Northbrook Arms reopened in July 2020 as part of a first phase development. Situated in the idyllic village of East Stratton just minutes from the A33 between Winchester and Basingstoke we are a great destination for a quick pit stop and drink or a more planned day/night out. We currently have plenty of spaced out seating both inside and outside. Outdoors we have the large green opposite with brand new picnic benches as well as the courtyard kitted out with traditional pub furniture under a large canopy with outdoor gas heaters. Inside, you can choose between the main bar or old stable barn, both offering comfortable and spaced out seating. We have plenty of off road parking located to the rear of the site. Long term the Northbrook Arms site will be bought back to true glory boasting a range of accommodation and facilities including five self catering cottages ( including 4, 3, 2 and 1 bed options), three bed & breakfast double ensuite rooms and an indoor swimming pool and gym facility. Works are underway with completion expected late 2021.
