Leigh House offers boutique self catering in two period properties. The Barn is an 18th Century barn and hayloft conversion and has 4 double and one twin room all ensuite. It is sympathetically decorated throughout in a French Farmhouse style with a bit of an English twist! The Bake House is a 15th Century cottage with stone floors and walls offering one large triple room (king and a single) and a double room sharing a bathroom. Both properties sit around a courtyard with the main house and work beautifully as either single dwelling or with up to 15 guests shared between them. The extensive grounds are beautifully landscaped and the Bake House has its own walled Victorian garden with rose arbours and a pottager. The former Dairy has been converted to a large gym and games room overlooking the paddock and has a beautiful sauna to relax in and offers guests unlimited usage.Guests are welcomed on check in usually with home made scones and jam, perhaps some eggs from the hens or a basket of produce from the garden. Linen changes are offered for stays of 11 days or more.
