Temporarily Closed Grumpy's opened it's doors on Friday 30th October 2015. The premises was formally Betty Blacks. Upstairs underwent a major refurbishment, which transformed the venue from an old dark nightclub into a vibrant, cool and very unique cocktail lounge. Open late Friday & Saturday and is strictly for the over 25s. The music upstairs reflects the mood of the venue. Expect great Soul, Funk, Disco and Indie Rock classics. No chart music or dance!!! (The ground-floor bar still caters for this type of music - Saturday Afternoons here are very busy with Hen parties and the like). A truly unique bar in Bangor that has taken off since it's opening night, with a fantastic crowd and mixture of ages from 25 and up. Fantastic Cocktails, Beers, Spirits, Music, and lively staff.
