About

HMS Caroline is a restored First‑World‑War light cruiser that now serves as a floating museum in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter. Visitors can step aboard to experience life at sea during the Battle of Jutland, exploring authentic spaces such as the Captain’s Quarters, the Officer’s Wardroom, the Crew’s Mess and the ship’s original engine room. Interactive zones – the Signal School, Torpedo School and the dramatic Drill Hall – bring naval history to life with immersive displays and a cinematic Battle of Jutland film. Guided tours last 45 minutes and run every 45 minutes from 10 am to 3:15 pm on Friday to Sunday, with free‑flow visit options during Northern Ireland school holidays. The vessel is partially accessible, featuring ramps, lifts and accessible toilets, but some areas remain unsuitable for push‑chairs or wheelchairs.
