From the hills of Lebanon, the streets of Syria to the hustle and smells of Marrakesh, all are familiar to the home of the Al-Bader family. Running home from school to the aromas of freshly baked bread, chicken tagine and the smell of freshly picked hanging herbs. So many things taken for granted like being able to pop into the fields to pick your own vegetables, olives, chickpeas straight from the ground and seeing mother turn them into amazing dishes to enjoy with family and friends. We have taken our life experiences and for the last 10 years been serving the people of Birmingham and beyond with our amazing authentic Middle-Eastern inspired dishes. Our kitchen team has over 100 years experience between them and come with passion and style.
