B:Eats, a daytime and evening eatery created by BMusic, the music charity responsible for Symphony Hall and Town Hall. Serving food and drink in the heart of Birmingham from inside the transformed spaces at Symphony Hall, B:Eats will be offering both a daytime and evening menu to run alongside music events. The daytime food features all day breakfast, brunch, lunch and sarnie offerings including the B:Eats Brummie Breakfast and the Just As Big Vegan Brekkie. Eggs Benedict. Our house special is the Brummie Bacon Cake - the exact history of this savoury cake is somewhat mysterious, mentioned as far back as 1920s in newspaper reports and known anecdotally since the 1860s. They have 2 special ingredients - Worcestershire Sauce and Tomato Ketchup. These unusual additions stray far from a traditional savoury scone but are known to enhance the flavours of the cheese and bacon remarkably well. Head Chef Lee's has adapted his Grandad's own recipe of this local delicacy.
