We're the only indoor boulder climbing centre in Solihull. Bouldering is a form of rock climbing to a maximum of 4.5m using your hands and feet (wearing special climbing shoes, but don't worry we rent them). No ropes or harnesses necessary for this fantastic way to get fit and have fun! Come and join the Flash community as we cater for all abilities and ages (subject to parent supervision) with a range of weekday and weekend climbing classes from novice to intermediate for everyone from 4 to 80 years old. We also offer Aerial Silks lessons; aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric! For over 18's, entry includes access to our upstairs training area with weights and equipment. Book with Mike, our resident personal trainer, to help you achieve personal fitness goals. Parents, check out our fab children's birthday offerings for both climbing and/or aerial silk parties, bookable online. Finally, we're pretty sure that we have the best homemade vegetarian brownies around!
