The Kingfisher on the outskirts of Kirkham is a family pub with an extensive menu offering loads of choice ranging from Light Lunches such as hot ciabattas, sandwiches and tortilla wraps to burgers and hot dogs, homemade pies and puddings, salads, steaks and grill dishes plus a whole raft pf pub classics such as Lamb Henry and Fish & Chips. There are also vegetarian choices and separate Specials, Gluten-free and Children's menus. Food is served right through from 12 noon daily and when weather permits there’s an extensive outside space for al fresco dining and drinking as well as a play area. The Kingfisher also has a function room that seats up to 30 with various buffet menu packages available.
