A small family and couples guest house offering en suite,comfortable,modern rooms, The town centre and sea front are within a few minuets walk but we are far away enough for guests to enjoy a good night sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the night life, we have a small bar that is open between 14.00 and 22.00, we do not under any circumstance accept all adult group bookings, and keep to our family's and couples only policy, for our guests that want to enjoy a full English breakfast this is available between 8.00 and 9. 15, special diets can be catered for.
