About

Lytham Hall is a magnificent Georgian country house perched on 78 acres of landscaped parkland in the heart of Lancashire. Designed by the renowned architect John Carr, the 18th‑century mansion has been lovingly restored to reveal its original Palladian elegance, complete with ornate plasterwork, grand staircases and a richly appointed interior. The Hall attracts visitors from across the UK with its celebrated heritage and sweeping vistas of the surrounding gardens. While entrance to the parkland and gardens is free, admission to the Hall itself is modest, with adult tickets at £15 and child tickets at £8.50. Guided tours, self‑guided walks and spectacular events such as the iconic Midsummer Night’s Dream promenade are held throughout the year. Guests can also enjoy the new Café, tearoom and Georgian Afternoon teas in the stunning West Wing – open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm – as well as a carefully curated shop featuring local produce, crafts and holiday gifts. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a family seeking a relaxed day out, or a visitor looking for a quintessential English country house experience, Lytham Hall offers a warm welcome, generous grounds and a touch of stately charm that will delight all ages.
