We are a room only guest house. All our rooms have a fridge and a microwave. There is also a communal kitchen and laundry facilities on the first floor at no extra cost. 1st floor accommodation Room 2 is a twin room Room 3 is a family room Room 4 is a double room Room 5 is an interconnecting family room 2nd floor accommodation Room 6 is a double room Room 7 is a double room Room 8 is a family room Room 9 is a double room Room 10 is an interconnecting family room We are situated 50 yards from the sea and St Chads tram stop, half way between Central and South Piers. We cater mainly for couples and families and small groups. All our rooms have hairdryers, irons & ironing boards, at least a 43” flat screen TV with Freeview, some rooms have Smart TVs. Check in times between 3pm and 6pm – please let us know if you will arrive outside of these hours so we can make arrangements for the keys to be available.
